Pozy is currently uses the following shipping service providers:

Each provider usually offers various different service types. (E.g. Standard Shipping, Express Shipping etc...).​ We may expand the list of shipping service providers in the future.

While Pozy facilitates your communication with these providers, Pozy does not provide these shipping services, and is not responsible for ensuring that they are conducted appropriately. Should your item be lost or damaged by one of the above service providers, please contact the provider directly, and request a refund. Feel free to contact Pozy as well with details of the situation, so that we can re-evaluate our decision to do business with that provider.

Pozy may also provide its own, free delivery service depending on where you are! Pozy is, of course, responsible for ensuring such deliveries are made properly. Pozy will provide you a refund should the items be lost or damaged in a major way when our own, free delivery service is selected.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights when it comes to faulty or damaged products. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from a major failure of the product. You also have the right to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to meet acceptable quality standards, provided that the failure does not constitute a major failure.

If you believe your product qualifies for a refund or exchange, please notify us within 14 days of your purchase. We'll gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

For unopened products still in their original packaging, we may offer a refund if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. However, certain conditions may apply.
